The main activity of the Mind Core Society is to train new fledgling psionicists and then employ them to investigate psionic activity through out Golarian. They have often been remarked as the psionic version of the Pathfinders.

Mind Core keeps a vigilante eye on an nefarious psionic activity and implores its members to destroy or lock away those they feel are a treat to the balance of power in Golarian. Mind Core also seeks areas where the Yellow Kaydarian crystals can be obtained for the crafting and use of lesser psionic items for sale within their membership only.

It is rumored that the Mind Core Society has several ’safes" – locations they use to hide away or contain psionic items and individuals they deem are too powerful to maintain the balance in Golarian.
