Related to the dark fey problem in Saulmur around the Candlestone Caverns. It is an dark fey court ruled by Queen Frilogarma based in the Shadow Plane. The court is made of of dark fey, insect creatures, fungoid creatures and various other creatures drawn in by Queen Frilogarma. The court had a “base” in the prime material plane beneath the Candlestone Caverns called Fallencrest.
